Every month the Sun and the Moon come together, sprinkling our thoughts and emotions with a burst of creative energy. Twice a year, and sometimes more, these New Moons turn into eclipses, bringing about intense, karmic new beginnings.
The New Moon brings fresh starts, perfect for planting seeds and turning our eyes to the future. Steeped in darkness as it crosses the space between Earth and the Sun, it encourages us to look within and connect with our unexpressed wishes. It is a time of unknowns, all we know is that change is necessary.
When the Moon is invisible, it signals that all that came before has been cleared, and it’s time for a new beginning and a new awareness. Full of excitement, inner desires surface, a sense of new beginning takes hold, yet the direction is unclear. This is a time of instincts and spontaneity. We are birthing dreams and aspirations, not cohesive plans and rational ideas. We are discovering what we want and need.
With regular New Moons, over the next four weeks what started as the germ of an idea begins to take root, with themes reflecting the symbolism of the house of our chart in which the New Moon falls. First House
This is the time for a new YOU! Physically, in looks and appearance, health and life path. Everything is possible when you focus on what you can change in yourself! The first house strongly involves a sense of self, your appearance, body, and personal power. You may experience a desire to firm up your stance by claiming "I am" with self-defining acts or plans. You are likely to become more aware of what helps you feel personally fulfilled in life. Opportunities to express your true self are likely to abound. A challenge here is to balance personal initiation and identity with meaningful relationships in your life.
Second House
Your values, finances, and sense of resourcefulness and self-worth are experiencing a reboot. This is likely about your disposable income, with new opportunities coming your way or a strong desire to increase your earnings. It could also signal an important new purchase or investment. Be open to change in this sphere of life, ask yourself “how” questions to open the door to novel approaches and solutions, then plan a budget and follow it though to get what you want. Your self-estimation is also set to improve as a result of your new initiatives.
Third House
A new turn of events in the local neighbourhood, or with siblings, schoolmates, and extended family. Perhaps you decide to go back to school or be trained in a new field. Your mind is being re-wired. New thought patterns and modes of communication may emerge. You develop a fresh new way of looking at social media, podcasts, videos, journaling, setting goals, timekeeping. Fourth House
Renewed focus on the home, family, or living situation. Are you planning to move, enhance, or renovate your place? Are you inspired to build stronger foundations for your life? Plans for a better work/life balance start taking shape. You may want to spend more time with your family, maybe with your parents, and open up more about deep emotions. Your intuition is also stronger at this time. Your sense of belonging deepens when you connect to your past, roots, ancestors, and even what home country means to you. Your psychological foundations are also evolving.
Fifth House
Romance, play, children and creativity are highlighted. Children and hobbies are the focal point at this time. The need for self-expression is strong, this could also mean having children, not just artistic pursuits. Perhaps this means turning what you love into your life's work or taking a gamble with your heart. Play and joy become more important to you now.
Sixth House
A new beginning for health, daily routine, work, and habits. Your wellbeing takes centre stage, be it physical or mental. Plan a healthy routine that will help maintain strength and flexibility. Seventh House

Tenth House
Dynamics of authority — claiming it or giving it away — come to the fore. Your career, vocation, public status or visibility in the world are about to be transformed. Significant opportunities may present themselves. You want more at this time, whether it is rewards, recognition, responsibility, a promotion, a new job, or or simply more meaning and purpose as you seriously re-assess your value in society. Are you in the right career, following the right path in life? Do you deserve more? What does your soul wish to contribute to the world? How do you want to be known to the world? New career options and a change direction are within your grasp.
Eleventh House

Twelfth House
